Shipping & Return Policy
1. Shipping
All Crown Shades products are eligible for free shipping within the United Kingdom.
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail,DHL, or other local courier services within 24 working hours, free of charge.
Standard Orders: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days.
Custom Products: We’ll spend 2–7 days carefully crafting your item, then ship it out for delivery within 3–7 business days. We will contact you by email to confirm your design details—please ensure you remain reachable at your registered email address.
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. If you require express shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Delivery Method
We provide free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom.
Orders will be processed within 24 hours. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on your region.
Please note that holidays, severe weather conditions, strikes, or other uncontrollable events may impact delivery times.
3. Change of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
5. Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and dispatch the remaining items as soon as they become available.
If you ordered multiple items and only received part of your order, please don’t worry — the remaining items will arrive shortly afterwards.
6. Tracking Your Order
If you have not received your confirmation email, please contact us at care@crownshadesusa.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you received a confirmation email but no shipment email, we are still processing your order. Feel free to email care@crownshadesusa.com for an update, and please include your order number.
Tracking information will be included in your shipment email. Please check your tracking number for the latest delivery updates.
CROWN SHADES, like all retailers, relies on third-party courier services once a shipment leaves our warehouse. If there is an issue with your shipment, we will gladly work with you to locate your parcel and assist where possible.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct.
We work hard to process and dispatch orders quickly, so there may only be a limited window to correct an incorrect shipping address.

8. Returns
By placing an order through our store, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

9. Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking information states that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the relevant courier service using the details provided in your tracking email.
